The environment is hard to beat with the historic buildings combined with a fantastic lake view. The careful renovation carried out by the National Property Board has resulted in a personal and cozy hotel.
You can come here to enjoy the tranquility and the surroundings. You can stay in one of our 15 personalized rooms and enjoy a two- or three-course dinner in the restaurant or orangery. Or maybe just stay for the day for lunch or coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet for a while.
Where every bite matters
The restaurant places great emphasis on good food, good ingredients and skilled kitchen staff. We mainly bake our own bread and pastries. Special menus including vegetarian and vegan can be composed for groups, events and special occasions. Vegetarian options are available.
Fredriksborg Hotel has a total of 15 rooms with 30 beds in two buildings. All rooms were built in 2013-2015 but with preserved older style with period colors. All rooms have modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and shower or bath. Hairdryers and bathrobes are provided, as well as wall-mounted TVs and free WiFi. The officers’ quarters have a private entrance on the ground floor. The stone barracks do not have an elevator.
